You are happy but never satisfied. You are lazy but passionate. You love to laugh but you get so mad when you see boring manual work being done by highly educated, skilled, and experienced architects.

We don't get very excited about formal education, but in general, we are hoping you have the following background or similar:

• Minimum 3 years Bachelor in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience from the building industry.
• Excellent skills with UX Prototyping (Figma, Sketch, etc), Storyboarding, and User Research.
• Skilled in typical AEC workflows with Revit and Rhino.
• Excellent communication, contractual, and client management skills.
• Deep knowledge of AEC industry tools, processes and standards a major plus.

We do get excited if you have actively participated in any type of knowledge sharing activity.

Most of our clients hire us for the following:

• Leading software development projects with our team of developers.
• Building parametric BIM-based design systems.
• Teaching other architects how to design with Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python & C#.

And what we think you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis as an AEC UX Designer:

• Designing front-end UIs for our tools with our team of developers.
• Working with our clients to understand their needs and communicating them to our team.
• Facilitating communication between our clients and our team of developers.
• Helping maintain brand identity between all the touchpoints for our customers.
