Metrics is a Rhinoceros plugin that allows you to create and report custom parameters and levels for all Rhino geometry. Metrics can create custom schedules, so that you can make informed decisions about your project as early as possible. Metrics also has a Grasshopper plugin that allows you to extend the reporting of data and create custom visualizations.
A use-case of Metrics would be to create parameters to assign programs as well as calculate data such as usable floor area, preliminary construction cost, parking, and occupancy requirements etc. from a low-fidelity Rhino model.
